Alyse Sagalchik has joined Alston & Bird as a partner in its corporate and business transactions group in Chicago. Sagalchik brings extensive experience in representing both private and public companies
in various financial transactions, including initial and follow-on public offerings, equity and debt placements, and going-private transactions. Her expertise also extends to guiding investment banks and non-U.S. issuers on multijurisdictional capital-raising matters, U.S. registrations, and stock exchange listing requirements. Prior to this role, Sagalchik was associated with Katten Muchin Rosenman.
