to workforce well-being, has expanded its bachelor's degree program, 'Unleashing Your Power,' which began in 2023. This program aims to provide agricultural workers with opportunities to pursue higher education. As of December 2025, NatureSweet has celebrated a record number of 431 graduates in a single year, bringing the total to 2,846 graduates since the program's inception in 2005. The program includes literacy training, elementary, middle, and high school completions, and now, university-level education. Currently, 179 associates are pursuing diplomas, with 129 in Agricultural Engineering and 30 in Industrial Engineering. The initiative is supported by Fair-Trade Committees, which have directed resources towards educational advancement.
