Whitbread PLC, the UK's largest hotel business and owner of Premier Inn, has opened a new hotel in London Farringdon. The hotel, part of the hub by Premier Inn brand, features 212 rooms and is designed with sustainability in mind, incorporating heat recovery systems and air source heat pumps. The hotel also includes a blue roof to manage rainwater and reduce flood risk. This opening has created 35 new job opportunities, which have been promoted to residents of Central and Inner London.
