CBRE, a leading commercial real estate services firm headquartered in the United States, has appointed Abhishek Bajpai as Managing Director and Head of Client Engagement for Asia Pacific. Bajpai, who will
be based in Singapore, is set to join CBRE on May 1 and will report to Tom Gaffney, Regional Managing Director and Head of Leasing for Asia Pacific. Bajpai brings over 23 years of experience in commercial real estate, having led more than 500 projects and secured high-profile mandates from international clients across Asia Pacific and global markets. Prior to rejoining CBRE, Bajpai served as Managing Director and Asia Pacific Head of Leasing and Occupier Solutions at EQT Real Estate and spent nearly 18 years at Colliers.
