Bloom's fuel-cell technology to generate electricity at its European data centers. This agreement, valued at up to $2.6 billion, will see Nebius purchasing electricity generated by Bloom's systems, with Bloom responsible for installing and managing the equipment. The project is set to unfold in three phases over a decade, providing 250 megawatts of guaranteed power capacity and 328 megawatts of installed capacity.
