adults, found that 76% of respondents are strict about their sleeping practices, with 79% agreeing that they sleep better when following a regular bedtime routine. Preferences include sleeping on the right side of the bed, using two pillows, and maintaining a room temperature of 66 degrees. The survey also highlighted generational differences, with Gen Z and millennials showing less attachment to top sheets compared to baby boomers. Additionally, the use of wearable devices to track sleep is more prevalent among younger generations, with Gen Z leading in usage.
