Mary-Catherine Moore has been appointed as the Executive Director of Food & Beverage and Managing Partner at Shinola Hotel. In her new role, Moore will oversee culinary operations across several of the hotel's dining venues, including the upscale Italian restaurant San Morello, the urban speakeasy Evening Bar, the beer hall The Brakeman, and the fried chicken spot Penny Red's. Additionally, she will manage the hotel's in-room dining, banquets, programming, and events. Moore brings over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, having previously worked with NoHo Hospitality Group in New York City. Her career includes significant roles such as Private Events Coordinator for Robert DeNiro's Greenwich Hotel and Locanda Verde. Since
relocating to Detroit in 2018, Moore has been instrumental in leading events and catering for Shinola Hotel, contributing to its recognition in the industry.
