The joint effort focuses on improving powder preparation, throughput, and process consistency for DBE production. The trajectory mixing technology applies a controlled Lissajous-type motion within a sealed container, achieving uniform binder distribution and controlled fibrillation in a single processing step. This method replaces multiple conventional dry-mixing stages, enhancing feed uniformity and electrode moldability while reducing mixer wear and metal contamination.
