Deborah Higgins has been appointed as the new Director of Security & Resilience at ADS, the UK trade association for the aerospace, defence, security, and space sectors. With over 20 years of experience in both public and private sectors, Higgins brings
a wealth of expertise to her new role. Previously, she served as Head of Resilience at Serco, where she managed complex environments at strategic and operational levels. At ADS, Higgins will lead the security and resilience sector activities, focusing on member engagement, policy, business development, and innovation. Her role will also involve strengthening ADS' engagement with government and industry partners.
