Cove Kaz Capital Group LLC has appointed Dominic Heaton as CEO to lead the development of the Severniy Katpar tungsten project in Kazakhstan. This joint venture with Tau-Ken Samruk aims to develop the world's largest tungsten resource. The project is strategically important for both the U.S. and Kazakhstan, supporting a secure supply of tungsten for the United States. Dominic Heaton brings extensive experience from his previous role in Vietnam, where he led the development of the largest tungsten operation outside China. The project is currently in the Bankable Feasibility phase, with total development costs estimated at $1.1 billion.
