What's Happening?
Fox Valley Mall in Naperville is celebrating the 75th anniversary of Charles M. Schultz’s Peanuts comic strip by creating an immersive Peanuts holiday village. This festive attraction, available through
Christmas Eve, features Snoopy’s doghouse, classic Peanuts holiday moments on screens, and a corridor of colorful trees. Families can visit Santa at no cost, with professional photo packages available for purchase. Children can send letters to Santa, take photos with life-sized Peanuts characters, and enjoy dancing with the Charlie Brown Band on a light-up dance floor. A sensory-friendly Santa experience is scheduled for December 7, and pet photos can be taken on December 8. Reservations are recommended but not required.
Why It's Important?

This event not only celebrates a beloved comic strip but also provides an inclusive environment with sensory-friendly options, catering to diverse family needs. The initiative is likely to boost foot traffic to the mall, benefiting retailers and creating a festive atmosphere that encourages community engagement.
