His career includes senior leadership roles at prestigious hotel chains such as Conrad, The Ritz-Carlton, IHG, Four Seasons, and St. Regis. Most recently, he served as the general manager of The St. Regis Punta Mita. Güelman Ros began his career in food and beverage and has held executive positions across large-scale resort portfolios. He is also the founder of Talisman Group, a lifestyle curation firm specializing in luxury residential experiences, and previously served as co-CEO and managing director of Xala Development, an eco-conscious development on Mexico's Pacific coast. Fairmont Mayakoba recently celebrated its 20th anniversary with an art installation and expanded its wellness offerings.
