Loop Neighborhood Markets has partnered with Tote to deploy Genie, an AI agent designed to assist store workers in various operations. The AI agent, Genie, is utilized by store associates to manage customer service inquiries, point-of-sale operations,
maintenance, and payment processes. Genie operates continuously and supports multiple languages, providing answers through voice and chat interfaces.
