Atrium Garden is a four-story building offering 160 apartments, with three levels of residential units above a ground-floor podium parking structure that includes 63 parking spaces. The apartments are fully furnished, featuring amenities such as beds, bedside tables, lamps, lounge chairs, built-in desks, chairs, and TVs. The community also provides a fitness center, media rooms, multiple resident lounges, community kitchens, onsite laundry facilities, and an outdoor barbecue and lounge area.
