Optimus Energy Solutions (OES), based in Orlando, Florida, has acquired a network of 52 DC fast-charging stations across 26 locations in South Carolina. These stations were originally developed through a Duke Energy pilot program, which was approved by
the South Carolina Public Service Commission. The acquisition aims to preserve and enhance the existing infrastructure by transitioning the stations to private ownership and long-term operation.
