facilities. Schwandt has been with SCHOTTEL since 2000, starting as a project manager and rising through the ranks to become Deputy CEO and head of customer business in 2024. Christian Bock has been named Deputy CEO. The transition is part of an orderly succession plan initiated by Kaul, who has been with the company since 1989 and served as CEO since 2018.
