What's Happening?
The Chambray, a new boutique hotel in downtown Roswell, has officially begun construction. Developed by DSM Real Estate Partners and Stafford Development Company, and operated by The Indigo Road Hospitality Group, the hotel is part of Hyatt's JdV Collection. Scheduled to open in Summer 2027, The Chambray will feature 125 guest rooms, a coffee and patisserie bar, a Mediterranean restaurant, and a rooftop sushi restaurant. The design, inspired by Roswell's textile history, aims to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The location offers access to local attractions and natural surroundings, enhancing the visitor experience.
