Out of its 82,000 employees, about 52,000 are in support roles. The bank has set a target to achieve a 15% return on tangible equity by 2028, with a further increase to about 18% by 2030. This decision follows a recent report of a 17% profit gain, driven by strong performances in its Wealth Solutions, Global Banking, and Global Markets segments.
