The Ritz Carlton Key Biscayne, Miami has reopened following a $100 million transformation, marking its first comprehensive renewal in nearly 25 years. The renovation, led by owner and developer Gencom, in collaboration with design studios Hart Howerton, DesignAgency, and Chapi Chapo Design, aims to position the resort as a modern coastal flagship in Miami's luxury market. The resort, set on 17 acres of beachfront, now features open-air architecture, uninterrupted ocean views, and a contemporary island aesthetic. All guest rooms and suites have been redesigned with bespoke furnishings and natural materials. The relaunch includes significant upgrades to the property's food and beverage offerings, with six new dining concepts, and a focus on wellness
with a new 30,000 square foot spa. The spa includes 16 treatment rooms, three couples' suites, and a spa garden with private cabanas, offering sound therapy and elemental healing. The resort also offers expanded leisure and lifestyle amenities, including water sports, refreshed pools, and a redesigned Ritz Kids Club.
