Palladium Hotel Group has partnered with Hanoitourist to transform the historic Hòa Bình Hotel in Hanoi into a luxury property under the BLESS Collection Hotels brand. The renovation will preserve the building's historic value while integrating contemporary
design inspired by Vietnamese culture. The hotel will feature 80 suites, a panoramic rooftop, a signature restaurant, and a private outdoor swimming pool. This project marks Palladium's second property in Vietnam and aligns with the company's strategy to expand its luxury offerings in high-growth markets.

Palladium plans to open a regional Asia-Pacific office in Ho Chi Minh City to support its expansion strategy and explore new development opportunities in the region.
