Brentwood High School's baseball team concluded a memorable season by winning the Southern Section Division 6 title, marking the first in the school's history. The team was led by standout junior pitcher Jack Kaplan, who achieved a 6-2 record with a 2.33
ERA and 101 strikeouts in 66 innings. Kaplan also pitched a perfect game against Viewpoint. Despite ongoing litigation involving the school's leased land, the team maintained focus and achieved significant success, with junior Hudson Chase also contributing with a .512 batting average and seven home runs.
