Alternative Marine Technologies (AMTECH) has successfully delivered the ATB MAM 141 & Tug Battery Park into service as of April 18, 2026. This U.S.-flagged vessel underwent a significant conversion and reconstruction at Gulf Marine Repair in Tampa, Florida,
to prepare it for chemical and petroleum service. The barge was equipped with a full stainless steel cargo system and its cargo tanks were coated with Advanced Polymer Coatings Marine Line 784. This coating application marks the first time this polymer has been used in the United States. The vessel is now en route to Houston to load its first cargo of jet fuel.
