Air Astana Group has enhanced its pilot training facilities by introducing a second full-flight simulator at its training center in Kazakhstan's capital. This new simulator, an Acron Aviation Reality7e system, is certified by the European Union Aviation Safety
Agency and approved by Kazakh authorities. It supports Airbus A320 operations and is the first in the country to receive dual certification. The airline, which operates 63 aircraft including Airbus single-aisle jets, aims to strengthen its commitment to effective pilot training and the implementation of advanced aviation technologies. The simulator offers high realism with up to six degrees of motion, enhancing the training experience for over 600 Airbus pilots who have already been trained on the first simulator introduced in 2023.
