Viasat Aviation, Turksat, and SkyFive Arabia have announced a collaborative effort to establish a seamless roaming framework for in-flight connectivity (IFC) services across Europe, Turkey, and the Middle
East-Africa (MEA) region. This initiative aims to integrate SKYFive’s air-to-ground (A2G) network with Viasat’s European Aviation Network (EAN) and Turksat's developing A2G network. The collaboration is designed to facilitate cross-border in-flight connectivity for commercial airlines, private aviation, and other aviation customers by using the same S-band spectrum.
