noticeable arm size increase. Throughout the month, the brothers experimented with various exercise variations, including EZ-bar skull crushers and triceps kickbacks. Despite experiencing fatigue and soreness, they reported an average arm growth of one centimeter for Laurie and 1.5 centimeters for Alex, who was relatively new to weight training.
