The Browns are seeking a new head coach following the firing of Kevin Stefanski on January 5, 2026, after a six-season tenure with a 46-58 record. Stefanski has since been hired as the head coach for the Atlanta Falcons. The Browns, who finished the recent season with a 5-12 record, are actively interviewing candidates,
including defensive coordinator Jim Schwartz and offensive coordinators Todd Monken and Grant Udinski.
