Hilton, in collaboration with Grupo Imobiliario GFA, has announced the development of the Waldorf Astoria Residences in Guadalajara, marking the first standalone branded residences in Mexico and the Caribbean and Latin America. Scheduled for completion
in Winter 2029, the project will feature a 30-story tower with 114 luxury residences. The development aims to blend local prestige with the global heritage of Waldorf Astoria, offering a range of amenities including a lounge, outdoor pool, fitness center, and spa. This initiative is part of Waldorf Astoria's global expansion in the branded residential sector.
