Office Ally, a prominent healthcare technology clearinghouse, has acquired Jopari Solutions, a company known for its expertise in electronic claims processing. This acquisition aims to bridge the gap in clinical attachments within the fragmented Property
& Casualty, Workers’ Compensation, and Auto Medical markets. Jopari Solutions has developed a robust infrastructure for handling electronic medical billing and payments, which will now be integrated with Office Ally's extensive clearinghouse network. This network is utilized by over 80,000 healthcare organizations and processes more than one billion transactions annually. The acquisition will allow for cross-selling opportunities, with Office Ally's web-based solutions becoming available to Jopari's network, and Jopari's specialized products being extended to Office Ally's provider base. As part of the acquisition, Jopari's founder and CEO, Steve Stevens, will step down, while John Gilmartin, the current president, will assume the role of Executive Vice President and General Manager under Office Ally.
