The study assessed companies with over 1,000 employees, focusing on key performance indicators such as management diversity, ESG reports, and workplace safety. Companies implicated in unfair practices or harassment were excluded from the list.
Why It's Important?
The recognition of top workplaces for culture and inclusion is significant as it underscores the growing importance of diversity and belonging in the corporate environment. Companies that prioritize these values are likely to attract and retain top talent, enhancing their competitive edge.
