American Airlines is celebrating its 100th anniversary by launching a special centennial-themed inflight dining experience. Starting February 9, 2026, passengers can preorder these exclusive dishes, which
will be available from March through August on international and transcontinental Flagship First and Flagship Business flights, and from April on domestic first class flights. Dishes include a classic prawn cocktail, Waldorf salad, caviar with blinis, Beef Wellington with bearnaise sauce, and Chicken Florentine roulade.
