end-to-end managed services, enhancing security, operational efficiency, and member experience. The implementation includes real-time artificial intelligence and advanced analytics to monitor and resolve ATM issues, optimize cash levels, and strengthen security. VyStar's Chief Member Experience Officer, Stephanie Curtis, emphasized the importance of reliable and secure self-service options to meet evolving member expectations. The upgrade also includes DN Series devices with cash recycling capabilities and multi-layered security, along with terminal software offering features like e-receipts and contactless card functionality.
