Liora Estate, formerly known as 27 North and previously Hotel Les Mars, has reopened in Healdsburg, California, as a 16-room boutique hotel. The rebranding introduces a European-inspired retreat under
the management of Foley Entertainment Group. The hotel now features Maréla, a coastal European wine bistro offering a Mediterranean-inspired menu with dishes such as house-made focaccia, lobster salad with seaweed crostini, and a selection of oysters. Main courses include King Crab Cavatelli, Sole Meunière, and Côte de Boeuf. The bistro also serves cocktails and offers additional menu items upon request. Liora Estate has introduced daily guest rituals, including a Welcome Aperitif upon arrival and a 'Parting Light' candle as a keepsake at departure. Mornings feature a Sonoma Coffee Ritual, and afternoons include a Daily Sonoma Wine Hour in the library lounge. Guest rooms are equipped with fireplaces, wrought-iron balconies, and deep-soaking tubs, along with vinyl record players and access to a curated music library.
