Ajinomoto Foods North America, Inc. (AFNA), a subsidiary of Ajinomoto Co., Inc., has announced the promotion of Dave Gardner to the position of president and chief executive officer. Gardner, who previously served as the chief supply chain officer, will
succeed Hiroshi Kaho. Kaho has been promoted to executive officer and executive vice president, chief human resources officer for Ajinomoto Co., Inc. Gardner has been with AFNA since March 2022, overseeing the company's supply chain operations across its eight U.S. production facilities. Prior to joining AFNA, Gardner held the position of chief operating officer at Amy’s Kitchen and was the executive vice president of operations.
