LTM has announced the launch of 'Universal AI,' an online learning program developed in collaboration with MIT Open Learning and upGrad Enterprise. This initiative is designed to enhance AI literacy and decision-making
skills among LTM's workforce, covering both technical and non-technical roles. The program aims to build a foundational understanding of artificial intelligence, enabling employees to apply scientific thinking and first-principles reasoning in an AI-driven business environment. The self-paced course, created by MIT Open Learning faculty, includes 16 foundational modules and industry-specific content, focusing on AI systems, the technologies behind them, and ethical considerations. The course is accessible to learners of all experience levels and does not require prior coding knowledge. LTM's Chief Delivery Officer, Gururaj Deshpande, emphasized the importance of human intervention in AI solutions for effective functioning and optimized outcomes. The program will be delivered through upGrad Enterprise, which will support deployment and provide access to MIT-level learning resources. Participants will receive credentials from MIT Open Learning upon completion.
