Justin McBride, a former player for James Madison University, has committed to joining the University of Kentucky's basketball team. McBride, a 6-foot-7, 240-pound power forward from Plano, Texas, played for James Madison last season where he averaged
15.3 points and 5.6 rebounds per game. His performance earned him Third-Team All-Sun Belt honors. Before his time at James Madison, McBride spent a year each at Oklahoma State and Nevada. He is the third player to join Kentucky through the transfer portal this season, following Zoom Diallo and Alex Wilkins.
