The National Football Foundation and College Hall of Fame is organizing high school all-star games on December 20 at Simi Valley High School. The event will feature two games: a flag football match at 4
p.m. between players from the San Gabriel Chapter and the Coastal Valley Chapter, followed by an 11-man game at 7 p.m. between Ventura County and Los Angeles County teams. Jim Benkert, a renowned coach with over 300 victories, is spearheading the event. Agoura's Dustin Croick will coach the West team, which includes quarterback Gavin Gray, while Taft's Thomas Randolph will lead the East team, featuring quarterback Michael Wynn Jr. from St. Genevieve. Tickets are priced at $10, with proceeds covering costs such as uniforms and insurance.
