What's Happening?
The Riverfront Arts Center in Stevens Point is calling for submissions for its annual Winter's Garden juried exhibit. Artists are encouraged to submit works in all media that reflect the theme of Winter's Garden.
The submission period is scheduled for January 8-9, with the exhibit running from January 16 to February 22. Local artist Nancy Shefferly will serve as the juror, providing a curated selection of artworks along with feedback and critique. The center, located at 1200 Crosby Ave., is open to the public free of charge, although donations are welcome. The gallery operates from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday through Friday and 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on weekends, and is closed on holidays and between exhibits.
