Anderson, who has over 25 years of experience with McDonald’s, returns to the U.S. business after serving as President of Global Business Services. Additionally, Mattijs Backx has been promoted to Chief Transformation and Services Officer, tasked with leading global business services and enhancing service delivery. Mason Smoot has been named Senior Vice President of Global Franchising and Delivery, responsible for franchisee engagement and operational consistency across markets.
