Chef at San Diego's Hotel Del Coronado. His career includes roles as Executive Chef at The Westin Bonaventure Hotel & Suites Los Angeles, The Biltmore Los Angeles, and other prestigious resorts. Mills will manage the resort's five dining concepts and oversee operations for over 132,367 square feet of meeting and event spaces. His culinary training includes education at Portland's Western Culinary Institute and Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in San Francisco.
