Designer Yusuke Takahashi of CFCL is steering his men's fashion line towards a more mature aesthetic for the Fall 2026 collection. Moving away from the vibrant colors typically associated with recycled
polyester yarn, Takahashi is focusing on creating timeless styles using new technologies. The collection features roomy silhouettes in muted winter neutrals, with occasional splashes of duck blue, turquoise, and terracotta. Standout pieces include a heathered belted funnel-neck coat, fine crew neck sweaters, and a chunky marled zippered cardigan. This shift towards maturity is part of a broader strategy, as CFCL is expanding its production capabilities with a new factory in Saitama, Japan, supported by a growth acceleration subsidy from the Japanese Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.
