Salubris Biotherapeutics has announced updated data from its Phase 1/2 study of JK06, a 5T4-targeted antibody drug conjugate (ADC), at the 2026 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Annual Meeting. The study involves 173 patients with unresectable
locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors, including non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and breast cancer. JK06 demonstrated a 50% objective response rate (ORR) among squamous NSCLC patients treated at 4.5 mg/kg, with an overall disease control rate (DCR) of 94%. The drug also showed efficacy in EGFR-mutant NSCLC and various breast cancer subtypes, with manageable treatment-related adverse events.
