The acquisition will enhance Argon & Co's presence in the U.S., adding to its existing offices in Chicago and Atlanta. Scott Sheldon will be integrated into Argon & Co's Neos systems integration unit, which focuses on implementing and managing software platforms. The acquisition was supported by Argon & Co's investment partner, Bridgepoint, a British private equity firm.
