The Los Angeles County Department of Parks and Recreation, in collaboration with the City of Los Angeles, is organizing free watch parties for the 2026 FIFA World Cup. These events will take place at various county and city parks, providing live broadcasts
of the matches on large LED screens. The initiative, known as 'Kick It In the Park,' is supported by the Office of Mayor Karen Bass and Los Angeles Council Districts. The events are scheduled to begin an hour before kickoff and will run from June 10 to June 26 at multiple locations, including Stephen Sorensen Park, Walnut Nature Park, and MacArthur Park, among others.
