A new study by InStride reveals that organizations with Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)-led AI workforce strategies report significantly higher training effectiveness compared to those led by Chief Information Officers (CIO) or Chief Technology Officers (CTO).
The research, based on a survey of 100 HR and executive leaders, shows a 54% effectiveness rate for CHRO-led strategies, more than double the 21% for CIO/CTO-led models. Despite these findings, only 13% of organizations have a CHRO leading their AI strategy, highlighting a gap in effective leadership alignment.
