American Airlines is launching a new in-flight menu inspired by the 1920s to commemorate its 100th anniversary. The menu, available from March for international and transcontinental Flagship First and Business Class passengers, and from April for domestic First Class passengers, features modern interpretations of classic dishes from the era. These include Waldorf salad, beef Wellington with bérnaise sauce, and pecan tart.
