Reemah Sakaan has been appointed as the new president of Paramount's UK network Channel 5, replacing Sarah Rose. Sakaan, formerly the head of BritBox International, will begin her role in two weeks. She

Her appointment follows her candidacy for the CEO position at Channel 4, which was ultimately filled by Priya Dogra.
