IHG Hotels & Resorts has announced a management agreement with Thanishq Grande Hotels & Resorts to develop a new Holiday Inn in Sriperumbudur, Tamil Nadu. Scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2029, this 200-key hotel will cater to both corporate
and leisure travelers. Sriperumbudur is a rapidly growing industrial hub, benefiting from its strategic location near Chennai port and the Chennai-Bangalore highway. The area is home to major global automotive and electronics manufacturers, as well as the Aerospace Park at Vallam Vadagal. The new Holiday Inn will feature standard rooms, suites, dining options, a ballroom, a swimming pool, and a fitness center, aiming to meet the diverse needs of its guests.
