Hyundai HAIM Asset Management, in partnership with TPG Angelo Gordon, has acquired two co-living assets in Seoul from IGIS Asset Management for KRW111.5 billion. The properties, Mangrove Dongdaemun and Mangrove Sinseol, are part of the Mangrove co-living portfolio.
