The research, titled 'The Next Era of Personalization: An AI–Human Collaboration,' surveyed over 400 professionals and found that organizations using AI to tailor employee interactions report higher engagement, stronger trust, and increased loyalty. Key findings indicate that 74% of employees value personalization at work, yet less than half feel they receive it. Companies that personalize key employee touchpoints see up to a 40% increase in loyalty and reduced turnover. The study also highlights that employees in AI-personalized environments feel 2.8
times more valued and supported.
