What's Happening?
The University of Evansville Theatre Society recently held its annual awards dinner, recognizing several students for their achievements in theater. The event, attended by nearly 120 guests, celebrated the accomplishments of students across various disciplines.
Rylee Carney received the Buddy Barnes Award for outstanding first-year student, while Shelby Lomax and Mel Denison were recognized as outstanding sophomore and junior, respectively. Matthew Manders earned the John W. Streetman III Young Artist Award, and Alijah J. Roberson was honored for his role in 'Macbeth.' The Jeanne Suhrheinrich Outstanding Senior Award was shared by Tomi Akinwande and Jonathan Roth.
